In this category we work on a “one to one” basis with a consultant on “bite size” modules over an agreed period of time or on a team (in house) Structured Induction basis over a minimum 3 day period (recommended 5 day programme).
This “high touch” approach will be seen as a “great experience” by junior consultant and they will return to their desks with what is known as “post course euphoria” which will last for varying amounts of time depending on person type. In knowing this we recommend that we visit the consultant / team for a further 1 day review within 15 working days to “fine tune” and remind the consultant of what they have forgotten. (Yes, as good as we are – it is a fact that the human brain will not retain all the content we will deliver).
